Faz de Conto is an established brand with an engaging audience. They have a good following on Instagram and Facebook (around 27k). They came to me because they wanted to have more people at their events and increase their product purchases.

With a system of two newsletters per month, I created a plan to increase sales and event attentiveness. 

Research, Audience & Optimization

Benchmark. Searching for the competition’s best practices is crucial. We learn a great deal by looking at the businesses that are doing better than us.

Audience Knowing their preferences and what moves them is of great importance. I used surveys and analytics for this. 

Search Engine Optimization. I searched for keywords, created backlinks, and external links

Process

I used Storytelling techniques to engage the audience with several writing tips.

Build a content calendar. A thought-out plan considers all ways to direct traffic in the right direction.

Copywriting. I tested CTAs, buttons, and UX content writing analysis. Not just for email but the whole bookstore digital ecosystem to improve the website ranking on the search engine results page.
